All laboratory results published in The Batch Book are independently verified by established third-party analytical labs before release. Certain reference identifiers, such as internal submission IDs, are redacted to protect supply-chain confidentiality and prevent reports being misattributed outside their intended research context. Redaction never affects the validity of the analytical results shown.

How do I look up a Certificate of Analysis for my batch?

Take the batch number printed on your vial label and search it directly in The Batch Book on our Lab Results page. Every cleared batch has its chromatogram, assay date and purity result on file for you to check before or after your order arrives.

Most transfers between major NZ banks clear within 1-2 hours during business hours. Transfers made after hours or over a weekend may take until the next working day to land.

If the Kiwi Peps Reference Number is missing or entered incorrectly, our system can't auto-match your payment and processing is delayed until our team manually reconciles it. Always double-check the reference field before confirming your transfer.
