An NZ Lab Supplier, Not a Reseller

We ship batch-tested research peptides from right here in New Zealand — every vial paired to its own HPLC-MS chromatogram in The Batch Book.

WHY WE EXIST

Built in response to a thin domestic market.

For years, New Zealand researchers had two options: import grey-market vials from overseas resellers and gamble on customs, or pay premium reagent-catalogue prices for compounds that often arrived without batch-level documentation. Kiwi Peps was built to close that gap with a single mandate — verified purity, transparent paperwork, and Bench-Ready Dispatch that lands inside a New Zealand work week.

Every vial we ship is tied to a publicly accessible Certificate of Analysis held in The Batch Book. No batch leaves our Kiwi warehouse without its chromatogram on file, and no order leaves without CourierPost tracking. That is the whole product.

HOW WE OPERATE

Four non-negotiables.

Verified, not claimed

Purity figures come from third-party HPLC-MS reports and must clear the KP-99 Purity Standard — never taken from a supplier datasheet we can't independently confirm.

Paper trail per vial

Every batch ID on the label resolves to a downloadable COA in The Batch Book. If a number doesn't match, the vial doesn't ship.

Local accountability

NZ dispatch hub, NZ support inbox, NZ bank transfer. Disputes are handled here, not offshore.

Bench-Ready Dispatch

Picked, packed, and lodged from our New Zealand facility with NZ Post CourierPost — typically next working day to metro addresses.

THE TESTING WORKFLOW

From contract lab to your bench.

Each production batch is split before lyophilisation. One portion is shipped to an independent analytical lab for reverse-phase HPLC and LC-MS confirmation; the remainder is held in quarantine until the chromatograms come back inside spec. Batches that fall short of the KP-99 Purity Standard are rejected — not relabelled, not blended down.

Cleared batches are filled, sealed, and entered into The Batch Book with batch number, assay date, and full report. Scan any vial we ship and pull up the same COA our QA team keeps on file.

What a release dossier contains

  • Reverse-phase HPLC chromatogram
  • LC-MS mass confirmation
  • Net peptide content & purity %
  • Batch ID, fill date, lot quantity
  • Cold-chain storage instructions

Dispatched from right here in New Zealand.

Orders are picked, packed, and lodged with NZ Post CourierPost from our domestic dispatch bench — no customs, no international relays, no surprise duties. North Island metro deliveries typically land next working day; South Island and rural addresses follow the CourierPost rural network timetable, usually adding 1-2 working days.

Cold-sensitive items move with insulated packaging and gel packs sized to the destination, and every parcel ships in unmarked outers with no product references on the exterior.
